The main thing I have learned about website design and development is how to keep constantly in mind the customer’s journey. It is crucial to wear the customer’s shoes the whole time you are working on a website, and understand the way users will interact with the information you are giving them and the way you are giving them. The main consequence of this awareness is the focus first on the website architecture and on the website template.
Creating a website needs to be the perfect match between the content that I’m offering, which has to be clear and to the point, and making it accessible for whoever is going to be on my landing page. The combination of these two element is what make a website great.
